About Nicki

Recognized by PR Week as a ‘PR Trailblazer to Watch’, Nicki Briggs spent the past two decades leading communications for category defining B2C and B2B food, food tech, biotech, and agriculture companies. From building high-performing teams from the ground up to fueling the adoption of new products and industries, Nicki specializes in helping companies navigate critical inflection points while strengthening corporate reputation. She leverages her unique background as a registered dietitian to translate complex science into digestible, resonant messaging. 

From pre-market to post-IPO (and all the stages in between), Nicki knows what it takes for a company to break through based on its unique phase and goals. She provides corporate affairs and communications fractional leadership to create value for brands and businesses from the inside out.

Previously, Nicki served as the Chief Communications Officer for Chobani, helping grow the New York startup into a billion-dollar brand and category leader. Most recently she led Corporate Affairs for Perfect Day—cementing the company’s reputation as the global precision fermentation leader and launching and chairing the first-ever industry trade association for precision fermentation.
